Tarr Farm

Tarr Farm is set on the river Barle in a deep valley, in the heart of Exmoor.  Amazing countryside, great walks and you must take a walk over the ancient clapper bridge called Tarr Steps. Tarr Farm use the finest local ingredients which are put together by their expert team. The Swan at Bampton is a  classic English country inn, offering the very best dishes using seasonal, regional ingredients, peppered with top-notch customer service.

A top Gastropub to visit, a well stocked bar featuring locally sourced beers, gins and ciders. Open 7 days a week, this is another one of our favourites, only 10 miles away.

Woods at Dulverton

Woods Bar and Restaurant is a charming pub tucked away in the rural town of Dulverton and surrounded by Exmoor’s countryside. With a hand-built wooden interior and stone laden fireplaces, Woods offers a very personal dining experience.

The London Inn

Set in a village mentioned in the Doomsday book, a delightful 15th Century former coaching inn on the edge of Exmoor that still boasts open log fires, inglenooks and beamed ceilings attracting locals and visitors alike.

The pub comprises several small rooms, including a separate restuarant, that are all full of displays connected to field sports. There is a beer garden to the front and the pub is very dog friendly.

The White Horse
