Welcome to North Devon and Luckett Farm. All our award winning properties are quirky, different, full of character and equipped with home comforts. Located in rural Knowstone Devon on the edge of Exmoor National Park.
Our aim is to create amazing places for guests to come and stay at. A rural setting with a bit of style, sort of Shoreditch meets Devon.
We can accommodate anywhere from 2 – 16 guests. – Want to book a cottage or shepherds hut for 2, no problem! – Thinking of booking for a larger group, we’ve got you covered.
The Lost Cabin
Accommodation – Self Catering – 5 Star – Sleeps up to 2 people – Hot Tub - Fire Pit - Dog Friendly
The Lost Cabin is a charming retreat nestled within a serene 5-acre field, bordering an ancient woodland.
Tumbledown Barn
Accomodation – 5 Star – Sleeps 2 – 6 people – 3 large double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. The barn is a recently renovated cow shed. Located on Luckett Farm set in 20 acres of farmland, close to Exmoor National Park,
Keepers Lodge
Accommodation – 5 Star – Sleeps up to 4 people – 2 spacious bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. Large open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Keepers Lodge is a recently built extension to a Grade II listed 16th century thatched Devon longhouse.
Hawkings Hideaway
Accommodation – 5 Star – Self Catering – Sleeps 2 – Hot Tub - Wood Burning Stove - Dog Friendly

North Devon’s spectacular coastline has a mixture of miles of golden sandy beaches to small rocky coves to discover!
Saunton Sands, Croyde and Putsborough are the go to surfing beaches. Broadsands and Barricane beach offer something a little different.
